Junior Sales Manager

A fintech company that wants to change the financial technology industry that offer clients new and creative solutions to improve their financial processes. We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to help us grow our business and bring in new clients. In this role, you will work with senior sales managers and be involved in different parts of the sales process. Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and research new potential clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for clients.
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Collect feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
• Update CRM systems and manage reporting.

Qualifications:

• A degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Proficiency in English for business communication is a plus.
• Interest in the fintech sector and desire to grow in this field.
