We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Support Engineer to join our team in a global marketplace company. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers and ensure a seamless user experience on our platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to our marketplace platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems is a plus.
