Daily tasks involved performing maintenance activities such as Upgrades and Patching of database servers. Performing migration activities both on same and across different platforms. I also regularly manage different service requests from teams needing access management which includes the creation of users, databases, and schemas and providing access to them as well. Along these are regularly managing alerts to ensure high availability for the servers, setting up replication and inventory management of the servers. Minor tasks include managing and keeping our standard operating procedures up to date.

Was given the opportunity to learn from industry standard individuals and build a solid foundation in the field of database administration. Through this internship, I was given the opportunity to attend the course of EDB advanced training for v14 and perform various tasks such as patching, user management, and performing maintenance backups.
