Army Pathfinder
Developed a maze based sptiaitl navigation experiment using Unity and C# for Army funded research. Implemented reusable trial management systems, navigation mechanics, enviromental conitions, adaptive time limits, participant respawning, and automated data logging. Designed controlled maze layouts and audiovisual distractions to support research testing.
Arena Quest
Unity Developer responsible for developing and imporving Arena Quest, an interactive 3D spatial navigation research application inspired by the Morris Water Maze. Implemented multiple experimental conditions, first-person navigation, overhead map interactions, trial progression, and participant facing UI using Unity and #C. Developed WebGL compatibility for browser based gameplay, supported desktop and mobile input, and integrated CSV data logging with Supabase cloud storage for research records. Addtionally, implemented voiceover instructions, improved accessibility and usability, tested cross-platform functionality, and resolved gameplay and interface issues based on researcher feedback.
City Navigation
Developed a 3D navigation research application in Unity using C#. Implemented configurable routes, checkpoints, learning and testing phases, automated trial progression, and navigation objectives. Created environmental stressors including roadblocks, reduced visibility, time pressure, and landmark changes. Built participant data-logging systems and refined gameplay through iterative research testing.
