Worked on ASTARTE-ATLAS, a DARPA-sponsored program for real-time airspace operations and deconfliction. Built and improved microservices and decision-making algorithms to increase situational awareness and partnered with military stakeholders to integrate capabilities into complex command-and-control workflows.

Early R&D engineer on the Trident ES1 electric watercraft prototype. Designed hot-swapping battery circuitry and embedded control software for uninterrupted operation, built a native UI with full blind-accessibility features, and implemented a GPS + dead-reckoning geofencing safety system with automated alerts and adaptive speed limiting validated through field testing.

Autonomous Ocean Trash Collection Robot: ● Developed a computer vision-based algorithm using OpenCV and TensorFlow to identify debris on the water's surface. ● Implemented ROS 2 nodes for navigation and control. ● Designed a waterproof on-board electronics system for fully autonomous navigation and collection.

Developed a computer-vision Particle Image Velocimetry pipeline to measure cell-flow velocities and compute real-time shear forces, enabling closed-loop pressure micro-adjustments during perfusion. Also engineered and assembled a prototype bonding device to reliably fuse perfusion membranes to polycarbonate with controlled force and temperature throughout the cycle.

— Researching decentralized, LTL-driven safety shielding for cooperative MARL. — Designing and evaluating per-agent, per-role, and per-action-type shields that compile specifications to local automata and enforce safety via action masking. — Implementing and comparing decentralized variants with centralized shields using algorithms like IQL, IPPO, IDQN, and MAPPO (RLlib).

Analyzing Initiatives for Future Use of the Timna Industrial Area in Southern Israel: ● Researched environmental, economic, and social effects of abandoned copper mines. ● Interviewed residents and government officials. ● Developed decision matrices to evaluate feasible redevelopment plans.
