As part of my role in the project, I managed client relationships across multiple countries, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of user access issues. I specialized in troubleshooting and resolving access-related incidents within SAP systems using tools like CISM, ServiceNow, and SAP Solution Manager, adhering to ITIL frameworks to maintain operational excellence. My responsibilities included performing user provisioning tasks, such as account creation, updates, and deletions in SAP S/4HANA, and SAP IDM, while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. I also conducted mass user maintenance and batch processing to streamline access management processes, improving efficiency across systems. Additionally, I analyzed user access requests and conducted risk assessments within SAP GRC Access Control, addressing compliance risks and mitigating segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts to ensure secure and compliant system.
