● Vision is an app used by many insurance companies in the U.K., U.S., Australia and Canada.
It's a platform where veterinary insurance companies can do the following:
● Create and promote claims (pet incidents).
● Conduct financial fraud audits in accordance with industry regulations.
● Make payments to clients and veterinarians, maintain separate payments.
● Calculate deductibles; Document identification; Reporting; Sending letters; etc.

● Created to simplify and automate various employee interaction processes.
● Includes the following modules: holidays, people, projects, insurance, etc.
Team 1: 3 devs(BE, FE). Recommendations.
● The main goal is automation of the bonus program process for recommendations in the company.
Team 2: 2 devs(Full stack). Satisfaction Analysis.
● Module for reporting on employee status and satisfaction.
Team 3: 5 devs(Full stack), 1 BA, 1 QA. Onboarding.
● Module implies making a new person feel comfortable with the rules, regulations, and culture of the organization.
● The product is worked out specially for those employees, who are busy with the onboarding of newcomers within the company.
Team 4: 3 devs(Full stack), 1 BA, 1 Designer. Engagement Healthcheck.
● The module is designed to gather a balanced summary of the health of an ongoing engagement.
● The reporting mechanism was designed to consolidate reporting across different divisions into a single place and improve the collaboration.
● The collaborative mechanism also helps to eliminate different
perceptions and form a single view of an engagements health.
Team 5: 3 devs(BE, FE), 1 QA. Lotto.

● It should allow to Event Managers automate this process for all locations.
Project: Innovation projects (May 2022- Jul2023). Team: 2-4 devs(Full stack).
