● Responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining several applications using ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.Net). ● Dealing with a monolith written in Asp.Net Web Forms with a singular architecture. ● Keep a clean code and good architecture on a MVC structure. ● Developing and executing Unit Tests with NUnit and interface tests with Selenium. ● Managing project versions with Svn in a distributed workflow, effectively tagging releases for accurate tracking. ● Develop and optimize queries in SQL Server to diagnose and fix bugs. ● Support in bug simulation and analysis, identifying root causes. ● Analysis of support tickets (Zendesk) and validation against system requirements. ● Assistance in executing tests for the delivery of improvements and bug fixes. ● Contribution to the update and enhancement of system documentation. ● Debugging of Web Forms and Asp.Net MVC applications to simulate failures and identify their causes.

● To conduct in-person and remote training for clients, ensuring the proper use of the system, clarifying doubts, and assisting in adopting best practices. ● To automate and optimize ETL processes (Python/Java/PostgreSQL) for migrating data from new clients, resulting in an 80% increase in system closure rate. ● To perform the installation and configuration of commercial automation peripherals, including printers, computers, routers, and scales.
