In my role as the in-house Project Manager for our transition from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors, I led the full end-to-end implementation of six key modules: Employee Central, Time Off, Performance Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession. I managed system configuration, data migration, and environment setup, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth transition for all users.
I collaborated closely with external vendors and internal teams to meet project milestones, gathering business requirements and working with SuccessFactors consultants to design and deploy tailored HR solutions. I also created user documentation, delivered engaging end-user training, and provided ongoing technical support—helping drive a 94% system adoption rate post go-live.
Beyond implementation, I provided frontline support, troubleshot system issues, and escalated complex cases when needed. I conducted routine system audits, identified process gaps, and implemented improvements to enhance efficiency. Using Power BI, I analyzed key HR metrics and shared actionable insights to support decision-making. I also partnered with HR Business Partners to support performance reviews, reward cycles, and succession planning workflows.
