● Actively sourcing candidates using various search channels and tools (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). ● Posting job vacancies on LinkedIn. ● CV screening. ● Initial communication with the candidate (mostly in writing and sometimes by phone). ● Creating a corporate CV template and developing a corporate Job Description. ● Maintaining and developing the existing candidate base (working with the internal CRM system). ● Creation of weekly reports on completed work on assigned tasks.
