As an Operations Associate, it was my job to be the first line of contact for our tech start-up. This would be for both customers, 'suppliers' and partners. We would assist with product queries and bug identification and resolution. We would also build and maintain relationships with 'suppliers' and partners as we worked very closely with them. It was also my job to do the analytics for the Operations team and offering feedback or recommendations based on data for more favourable outcomes.
