Company specializing in the development of innovative educational systems and platforms. Due to team expansion, we are looking for a responsible and motivated specialist for the position of Technical Support Administrator.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing initial technical support to system users (students, teachers, administrators)
  • Receiving and processing requests via ticketing system and phone calls
  • Diagnosing and resolving simple technical issues
  • Consulting on system usage and training materials
  • Collaborating with the development team on more complex bugs and errors
  • Maintaining documentation of requests and solutions


Requirements:

  • Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines (confirmed by diploma)
  • Completion of relevant courses or certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or similar) — must have supporting documents
  • Good theoretical knowledge in computer systems, networks, Windows operating systems, and basic software principles
  • Desire to develop in IT support and automation of educational platforms
  • Responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
