You’ll rotate through core human resources functions—talent acquisition, employee data management, compliance, and onboarding. From day one you handle confidential files, support interviews, and learn HR analytics that guide workforce decisions. Remote collaboration tools keep you connected whether you work on-site, hybrid, or fully off-site.


What You’ll Do  

- Input and audit employee records in modern HRIS platforms with 99 % accuracy.  

- Schedule interviews, draft offer letters, and shepherd candidates through onboarding.  

- Answer day-to-day HR inquiries, escalating only complex cases.  

- Compile weekly metrics on time-to-hire, turnover, and engagement—then present findings.  

- Maintain digital filing systems that meet SOC 2 and HIPAA security guidelines.  

- Partner with payroll, IT, and legal teams to verify data integrity.  

- Document every workflow and update playbooks for future trainees.  

- Shadow senior HR business partners to observe employee relations meetings.  

- Research evolving labor regulations, summarizing key changes for leadership.  

- Contribute to internal culture initiatives that boost retention and DEI.  


What You’ll Bring  

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.  

- Foundational knowledge of U.S. employment law (FLSA, EEOC, ADA).  

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with any HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, UKG, ADP).  

- Typing speed 45+ wpm and meticulous attention to detail.  

- Clear, empathetic communication—written and verbal.  

- Ability to protect sensitive information with uncompromising discretion.  

- Curiosity, adaptability, and drive to master new tools quickly.  

- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
