Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications for our banking project.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions to improve code quality and team performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and enhance functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Java programming and familiarity with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) is preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in Java development is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Interest in banking systems and financial applications.
