Junior Account Executive | Entry-Level Sales Job
You will join a fast-moving sales organization that partners with clients across technology, finance, retail, healthcare, and more. What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of small-to-mid-market accounts and maintain 95 % client satisfaction scores.
- Track opportunity pipelines, revenue forecasts, and engagement metrics in Salesforce (or comparable CRM).
- Prepare persuasive proposals, pitch decks, and renewal packages that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate daily with senior Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing Specialists to hit team revenue targets.
- Research industry trends—AI in retail, fintech regulations, telehealth adoption—to identify upsell or cross-sell angles.
- Investigate and resolve billing, fulfillment, and product issues within strict service-level agreements.
- Document every client touchpoint, meeting note, and follow-up step with meticulous attention to detail.
- Continuously test new prospecting scripts, outreach sequences, and negotiation tactics under guidance from the Sales Enablement team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline (STEM majors also encouraged).
- 0-2 years of professional sales, customer service, or internship experience.
- Proficient with CRM software, Excel or Google Sheets, and data-driven decision making.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication—able to simplify technical topics for non-technical buyers.
- Adaptive mindset; you embrace rapid feedback loops and shifting priorities.
- Analytical curiosity; you probe dashboards to spot anomalies and propose remedies.
