Junior Account Representative – Entry-Level Sales

What You’ll Do
- Support a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring every interaction feels personal and prompt.
- Track daily, weekly, and quarterly sales metrics in modern CRMs—spot trends before they spike.
- Maintain pristine account records: quotes, contracts, call notes, follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolving minor issues in minutes, not days.
- Collaborate with account executives to refine outreach sequences and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Shadow discovery calls, demos, and negotiations—then practice live with coaching.
- Build rapport that converts one-time buyers into brand advocates.
- Contribute ideas to automate repeatable tasks and boost funnel velocity.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (STEM graduates encouraged).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or campus ambassador roles.
- Crystal-clear written and verbal communication—tone tailored to each audience.
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities while maintaining obsessive attention to detail.
- Curiosity about data: you love dashboards, percentages, and “what if” scenarios.
- Adaptability to shifting targets and rapid product updates.
- Problem-solving spirit; you ask “why” before proposing “how.”
- Eligibility to work in the United States and stable internet for remote collaboration.
