A fast-growing U.S. organization in fintech and SaaS relies on razor-sharp workflows to serve millions of users. We’re expanding our Administration team to reinforce those workflows with fresh energy, meticulous detail, and a passion for smooth execution.


Your Impact  

– Track deadlines, milestones, and dependencies so teams deliver on time.  

– Document procedures in clear, version-controlled templates.  

– Maintain shared schedules, calendars, and dashboards that reveal bottlenecks.  

– Enter, validate, and clean data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal tools.  

– Coordinate communications between engineering, finance, HR, and support.  

– Recommend tweaks that cut steps, reduce errors, or save minutes per task.  

– Assist in audits by filing digital records with ironclad naming conventions.  

– Support ad-hoc administrative projects—because surprises happen.


Skills & Qualifications  

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  

– 0-2 years’ experience in administrative or operations support.  

– Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel formulas, pivot tables, Outlook rules).  

– Familiarity with workflow apps such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.  

– Lightning-fast typing and data entry accuracy above 98 %.  

– Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through.  

– Clear, concise written and verbal communication.  

– Curiosity and adaptability—you ask “why” before you automate.  

– Bonus: Exposure to basic SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
