Junior AQA

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior AQA Tester to join a team in pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through automated testing, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Cypress for web applications.

- Test REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with developers to validate web socket communications and data integrity.

- Utilize tools like Swagger for API documentation and testing.

- Work with protocols to verify data exchange and processing.

- Conduct database testing using SQL/NoSQL to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Document test cases, results, and defects in our tracking system.

- Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Basic knowledge of Java and experience with automated testing frameworks, particularly Cypress.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and web socket technologies.

- Understanding of API documentation tools like Swagger.

- Knowledge of principles in JSON/XML and SOAP protocols.

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and testing methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
