What You’ll Do
- Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads across technology, finance, healthcare, retail, and media sectors.
- Build, cleanse, and enrich prospect lists inside Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Generate introductory emails, concise pitch decks, and tailored proposals that speak to stakeholder pain points.
- Track opportunity progress, update pipeline stages, and flag risks in real time.
- Schedule discovery calls, demo sessions, and follow-ups while coordinating calendars with Account Executives.
- Analyze win/loss data, report weekly metrics in Google Sheets or Power BI, and suggest process tweaks.
- Resolve minor prospect issues—pricing questions, NDA requests, access problems—before they escalate.
- Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and with Product on feature feedback.
- Learn new outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach.io) and automation best practices to boost response rates.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships that convert one-off deals into recurring contracts.
Skills & Experience You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years of client-facing or sales support experience (internships count).
- Familiar with CRM systems, lead-gen extensions, and virtual meeting tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English; persuasive yet concise communication style.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- You enjoy problem-solving, ask sharp questions, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Capable of working independently in a distributed, remote-first environment.
