Junior Creative Producer

As a Junior Creative Producer, you will play a key role in supporting the creative team in the development and execution of advertising campaigns. You will assist in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Support the execution of projects, including video shoots, photo sessions, and other creative productions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Help maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and creative briefs.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing ideas and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a creative or production role (internships included).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, etc.).
• A passion for creativity and a desire to learn and grow in the advertising industry.
• Basic knowledge of video and photo production processes is a plus.
