Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis—including variance, trend, and profitability analysis—to support critical business decisions.
- Translate raw financial data from multiple sources into comprehensible reports and dynamic, visually engaging dashboards.
- Assist in the development, management, and continuous tracking of annual budgets and dynamic rolling forecasts.
- Maintain and meticulously scrutinize financial records and statements, ensuring the utmost accuracy and integrity of our data.
- Collaborate closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional departments (like Marketing, Sales, and Operations) on various projects and initiatives.
- Document key financial trends and prepare clear, concise summaries for presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Contribute to internal and external audit preparations by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and data trails.
- Proactively learn and master new financial software and cutting-edge business intelligence tools (such as Tableau or Power BI).
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable; you should be exceptionally comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and building complex formulas from scratch.
- A foundational understanding of core accounting principles and the three primary financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a keen eye for detail… you consistently notice things others might miss.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a unique ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

- Prior internship experience in a corporate finance, FP&A, or analytics-focused role is highly advantageous.
