Marketing agency specializing in is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team and support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and training programs.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as preparing contracts, managing leave requests, and handling employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely communication with the finance department.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role (internships included).
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and workplace culture development.
