Key Objectives
– Keep daily office operations humming with precise coordination.

Core Responsibilities
– Orchestrate calendars, book meetings, and arrange virtual conference rooms.
– Track, order, and audit office supplies—both physical and digital licenses.
– Prepare clear agendas and minutes; distribute follow-ups within 24 hours.
– Monitor shared inboxes, route inquiries, and resolve minor issues autonomously.
– Maintain confidential records in cloud repositories with strict version control.
– Coordinate on-site events or remote webinars, handling logistics end-to-end.
– Analyze workflows, then recommend software or procedural upgrades.
– Partner with HR, Finance, and IT on onboarding new hires.
– Escalate critical bottlenecks early, ensuring seamless business continuity.
– Champion a culture of inclusion, accuracy, and responsive communication.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
– 0-2 years’ experience in office management, project coordination, or customer support.
– Fluent English; polished written and verbal style.
– Command of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus Slack or MS Teams.
– Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and self-organize.
– Keen attention to detail—no typo too small, no file misplaced.
– Analytical mindset; comfortable creating pivot tables or simple automations.
– Adaptability to remote collaboration tools and time-zone flexibility.
– Empathetic problem-solver who listens first and acts swiftly.
– Authorization to work in the United States.
