What You’ll Do

- Monitor daily Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms to maintain profitable KPIs.  

- Analyze click-through, cost-per-click, and conversion trends—spot anomalies before they hurt ROI.  

- Track and reconcile campaign budgets, ensuring every dollar works harder.  

- Expand and refine keyword lists; structure ad groups for relevance and Quality Score gains.  

- Draft concise, compelling ad copy that balances brand voice with performance objectives.  

- Build weekly dashboards in Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau—translate raw data into actionable insights.  

- Document test results, share learnings, and iterate quickly with designers, SEOs, and product owners.  

- Stay current on PPC best practices, privacy regulations, and automation features.  


Required Skills

- Foundation in pay-per-click principles: match types, auction dynamics, bid strategies.  

- Proficiency with Google Ads interface and Google Analytics 4 reporting.  

- Strong Excel or Sheets abilities: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic SQL preferred.  

- Analytical mindset—comfortable dissecting large datasets and presenting clear conclusions.  

- Detail orientation that catches typos, broken URLs, and budget overruns.  

- Adaptability to switch between tasks in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.  

- Solid written and verbal communication; you translate jargon into plain English.  


Bonus Points

- Hands-on experience with scripts, SA360, or automation tools.  

- Familiarity with funnel analysis, A/B testing frameworks, or CRO methodologies.
