We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Manager to support our talent acquisition and employee development efforts. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent while helping to create a positive candidate and employee experience. You will work closely with senior HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (career site, social media, events).
  • Help organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal talent development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for HR and talent management tasks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.


Will be a plus:

  • Experience with recruitment marketing or social media sourcing.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
  • Passion for talent development and employee experience.
