Be the bridge between strategy and execution as a Junior Team Lead guiding small, cross-functional squads toward on-time delivery in tech, finance, healthcare, and beyond.

What You Will Do

- Coordinate day-to-day sprint schedules, refine task priorities, and keep Kanban boards up to date.

- Track performance metrics—velocity, cycle time, defect rate—and surface insights during stand-ups.

- Identify roadblocks early; activate problem-solving sessions that transform obstacles into learning moments.

- Maintain concise progress records, dashboards, and retrospectives that empower data-driven decisions.

- Communicate crisp status updates to stakeholders, translating technical jargon into clear business value.

- Mentor peers on collaboration, time-boxing, documentation hygiene, and continuous improvement.

- Partner with senior leadership to align team goals with quarterly OKRs, revenue targets, and customer feedback loops.

- Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where creativity—and healthy debate—flourish.

- Iterate processes…then iterate again—experimentation never ends here.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

- 0-2 years’ experience coordinating software or digital projects (internships count).

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean—maybe you earned a Scrum Master badge, maybe you devoured the guide.

- Working knowledge of Jira, Trello, Asana, or their cousins.

- Comfort interpreting basic analytics: burndown charts, cumulative flow, Net Promoter Score.

- Articulate communicator—spoken, written, and visual (think slide decks, Miro boards, Loom videos).

- Sharp organizational sense; you balance multiple work streams without losing sight of the North Star.

- Empathy, humility, and curiosity—leadership isn’t a title, it’s a service mindset.

- Eligibility to work in the United States.
