Performance QA Tester

We are looking for a Junior Performance QA Tester to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about performance testing. You will work alongside experienced QA engineers, learning how to test and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of modern applications.

Among responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in designing performance test plans and test cases.
• Execute load, stress, and scalability tests under the guidance of senior testers.
• Analyze test results and help identify performance bottlenecks.
• Work with developers and DevOps engineers to improve system performance.
• Learn and use performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Document test results and issues.
• Stay up to date with performance testing best practices.

We require:

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Interest in performance testing and system optimization.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn performance testing tools.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, or cloud platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows command line.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or New Relic.
