Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Business Development Associate. You will be responsible for supporting the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and helping build strong client relationships. No prior experience is required—just a proactive mindset, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Tasks:

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting potential clients;
• Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups;
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities;
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports;
• Maintain and update the CRM system with sales data;
• Participate in client meetings and business development initiatives;
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales and business development skills;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace;
• Prior internship or customer service experience is a plus.
